Kochi: Malayalam film director Rajesh Pillai (41) is said to be extremely critical on Saturday at PVS hospital in Kochi.An official announcement about his condition is expected soon. Some <br />reports had earlier suggested that he had passed away.Rajesh is suffering from liver cirrhosis and has been undergoing treatment for quite sometime now now and apparently needed a liver transplant.
